COMMUNITY

A community of philanthropic partners investing in AWF’s mission

The Catalyst Community brings together individuals who make annual, unrestricted gifts to the Atlanta Women’s Foundation.

Their consistent support gives AWF the flexibility to plan strategically, respond as community needs change, and invest more deeply in research-driven solutions that improve wellbeing, expand economic opportunity, and strengthen communities across metro Atlanta.

Why This Community Matters

Catalyst Leaders

Why This Community Matters

Women and girls across metro Atlanta face interconnected challenges, including economic instability, caregiving pressures and growing mental health needs.

At the same time, the nonprofit organizations serving them are experiencing increasing demand while corporate, public and other funding sources have become less predictable.

The Catalyst Community helps AWF build a more sustainable and diversified base of support. Through consistent, unrestricted annual giving, Catalyst donors allow AWF to:

  • Invest in high-performing nonprofit partners
  • Respond to emerging needs and opportunities
  • Expand research-driven initiatives that are producing results
  • Strengthen nonprofit organizations through leadership development, evaluation and capacity-building
  • Plan beyond a single event, grant cycle or year

We know what works. Catalyst Community support helps us sustain it, strengthen it, and bring more of it to the women and girls who need it.
