One way that we can sustain the ripple effect is by training young women to tap into their abilities to be stronger leaders, deeper thinkers and more strategic philanthropists. We do that through two key programs: Women on Board and The Destiny Fund. By preparing women to continue the work so many of our supporters have begun, we can sustain the important legacy of giving back to an important segment of our community.
